Southern Rehab & Sports Medicine is a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy practice that provides the highest level of Orthopedic and Sports Medicine care. We also provide PT services for the pediatric and neurologically involved patient populations.
We use the latest evidence-based practices and technologies to increase patient outcomes and generate long-term recovery. Our professional staff includes Licensed Physical Therapists, Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants, and Certified Athletic Trainers.
I just wanted to give credit, where credit is due! The whole staff is awesome. From Kendra at the front always helpful when I need to adjust my time to the team in the back, Becca, Katy, Jet, Stephen, Josh, and Ian...they ALL do a great job! There is one person I didn't mention yet, and that is Brittan. I love Brittan's no nonsense approach to making sure I don't cheat myself! She is tough but fair, and like the rest is there to do a job, to help me push past my pathetic excuses so I can get more flexible and more mobile! She takes her job seriously as do they all, but is great at holding my feet to the fire of my own commitments. Keep up the great work everyone!
LaGrange Southern Rehab is the BEST! All the therapist are outstanding! Very knowledgeable and caring! They helped treat my back pain. I highly recommend them.

Checking in with the front desk was so easy. Amanda was my first Pt and Malorie was my second PT and they was both amazing. Being in the clinic is awesome because they know how to treat you and make your experience being here fun. Even though your here for physical therapy you will not leave here with out laughing smiling. Iain is another amazing PT here.

I chose this practice to help me rehab after a total knee replacement; what a great decision!The day after surgery I met with Lori for my first PT session. Her expertise and calm manner quickly alleviated my nervousness and fearful anticipation of pain. I soon learned in my twice-per-week appointments that while improvement came with some discomfort, I need not worry about pain.The team here is professional without being stuffy. They continue to encourage and challenge and cheer me on as I work to get the most out of this new joint. Thank you Lori, Matt, Malorie, Jessica, and Iian!
I've been coming for a few weeks now and have noticed a big difference in my pain, discomfort, and day-to-day functioning. I've worked with Amanda, Mallory, and Iain and they've all been great! Received excellent care ,but nearly a year later I have not received fefund .I filed small claims case,immediately received call to return deductible, there should be a policy as how long medical business can keep your money.

My experiences in this place was awesome. All staffs are great, even receptionist Amanda is great too. I would like to mention wills is great, but the best is Josh Hughes, cause he trained me more than everyone.He took care of me and making me walk again. Thanks josh. Dr Qureshi is a new doctor at Southern Rehab. He listened, asked questions, showed concern and, most of all, helped my ankle to heal. I would highly recommend this Doctor.

I have been to Southern Rehab over the years for several injuries. I keep going back. Whether the injury was acute or an ongoing chronic condition, the care I receive is excellent, and I am able to go back to daily activities when I complete my treatments. Also, they are always able to get me scheduled in a timely manner, and do well with billing my insurance company. They are professionals with great leadership, and they care deeply about their patients and their patient's wellbeing. I give them a 10!
The entire staff is absolutely wonderful!!! They do an incredible job with our son. They always take the time to explain everything to him beforehand so that he’s comfortable with the exercise they’re doing and he always leaves with a smile on his face. They’re patient. They’ll joke around with him. But they also make sure that he’s getting everything done to be able to get his leg working 100% again. &they’re so supportive and encouraging!I highly recommend them to anyone 💕💕💕
The therapist I saw was amazing. She had a great personality and treated me like I was my own person and not just another patient. From the check in counter to the follow up appointment i was very impressed with how nice the entire staff was. I will continue to see the therapists at Southern Rehab!!
